Atlantis Resorts, home to Dubai’s most iconic entertainment destinations—Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis, The Royal—is hiring a Food and Beverage Attendant for its renowned restaurant Saffron. This full-time, on-site role offers a chance to be part of a world-class hospitality team delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll assist in providing top-tier dining service by supporting wait staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring timely, accurate food delivery—all while embodying the warmth and passion that defines the Atlantis brand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist wait staff in delivering exceptional guest service in a high-end dining environment.

• Support coordination between the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.

• Gain and demonstrate full knowledge of the food menu.

• Ensure prompt and safe delivery of orders to guests.

• Uphold the luxury standards of Atlantis Resorts through professional grooming and presentation.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Well-groomed with excellent personal presentation.

• A proactive team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence in interacting with an international clientele.
