About the Role:
The Attendant, Food and Beverage position at Ossiano—Atlantis The Palm’s acclaimed fine-dining restaurant—is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to support world-class service. You will assist waiters and the wider service team in ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the waitstaff in delivering high standards of food and beverage service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas

• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times

• Support kitchen and floor coordination to ensure timely service

• Understand and be able to describe items on the food menu

• Help set up and break down dining areas during service shifts

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage role, preferably within a luxury international hotel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence in interacting with international guests from diverse backgrounds
