Responsibilities:

• Assist waitstaff in delivering exceptional service to guests

• Ensure food orders are delivered safely and promptly

• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain hygiene and safety standards

• Possess full knowledge of the food menu

• Support daily F&B operations and uphold high service standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment

• Excellent grooming and personal presentation

• Strong communication skills and ability to handle a diverse clientele

• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
