Dubai Holding Entertainment is hiring a Food and Beverage Attendant for its iconic Dubai Parks and Resorts. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates passionate about hospitality and entertainment. The Attendant will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service by handling food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety standards, and supporting the overall guest experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner

• Guide guests through menu selections and take accurate orders

• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation

• Maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas

• Set up, restock, and clear tables as needed

• Respond efficiently to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints

• Support kitchen or cashiering duties during peak hours

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Certificate or Diploma

• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols

• Basic familiarity with POS systems and order management

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Capable of multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
