About the Job:
As a Bellstand Attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and farewell. You will assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and provide guests with directions and information, ensuring a memorable luxury experience aligned with the Bvlgari brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and warmth.

• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring proper handling and storage.

• Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding hotel facilities and services.

• Arrange transportation or valet services when needed.

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized bellstand and lobby area.

• Support other front office team members in delivering seamless guest service.

• Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A warm, engaging, and polished demeanor.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
