• Egis is looking for an ATM Project Manager to lead business development in the region and manage relationships with clients, partners, and customers. The role involves promoting Egis’ ATM offerings, including consultancy, engineering, and operations, as well as identifying new business opportunities and managing bids. The ATM Project Manager will also support regional aviation strategies and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ATM business development, nurturing relationships with clients and partners.

• Identify new business areas and potential partnerships for growth.

• Promote Egis’ ATM offerings from strategic consultancy to engineering and real-time operations.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

• Manage and follow-up on regional ATM bids in collaboration with the Aviation teams.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

• Support ATM projects within the region, either as part of the project team or as the project manager.

• Assist the Region Aviation Director with strategy and commercial action plans for ATM in the region.

• Contribute to the recruitment of new ATM personnel.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (aviation or Air Traffic Management discipline).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
