PwC Middle East is seeking a Tax Course Admin for its Assurance division at PwC Academy. The ideal candidate will assist in project portfolio management, ensuring successful project execution through planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role involves tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and coordinating projects.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and timelines.
- Track project progress and update dashboards.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and escalation protocols.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain and update internal project management systems.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and organizational processes.
Skills Required:
