PwC Middle East is hiring a Senior Manager – Core Assurance to join its Assurance practice in Abu Dhabi. This on-site leadership role is ideal for audit professionals with deep expertise in financial services and a drive to support clients with transparent, high-quality reporting and compliance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to lead audits and enhance trust in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead audit planning, execution, and completion across complex financial services clients.

Guide and mentor audit teams while ensuring PwC standards and client expectations are met.

Address complex business problems with strategic thinking and innovative solutions.

Actively engage with stakeholders to anticipate needs and provide insights.

Contribute to the development and application of technical knowledge in audits.

Encourage a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and standards of professional conduct.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in external audit, preferably within financial services.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Professional certification required (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of auditing and financial reporting standards.

Experience working with banking, insurance, private equity, or capital markets clients.
