Job Title: Associate Vice President
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Associate Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our Corporate Services vertical in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in the UAE’s business setup and outsourcing ecosystem and a proven ability to drive enterprise growth through strategic sales leadership.
This senior role requires an experienced professional who can confidently navigate the complexities of licensing, visa processing, PRO services, and employee mobility, while managing high-value client relationships and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sales strategies and drive growth across the corporate services and business setup portfolio.

Acquire and develop key clients, especially SMEs and large enterprises, by offering tailored solutions including payroll outsourcing, HR services, PRO support, and mobility solutions.

Build, nurture, and convert executive-level relationships with corporate, government, and international stakeholders.

Manage large client portfolios and ensure a premium customer experience through structured service delivery and feedback mechanisms.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service excellence.

Drive strategic initiatives to improve Client Net Promoter Scores (CNPS) and build long-term client retention.

Analyze and refine pricing strategies, commercial models, and sales tactics based on market trends and customer feedback.

Represent the company in high-level business discussions and industry events to enhance brand positioning and business network.
Skills & Requirements:

10–15 years of progressive sales experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or enterprise-facing role in corporate services, outsourcing, or business setup.

Deep understanding of UAE employment law, immigration, Free Zone/DED licensing, MOHRE, GDRFA, and regulatory procedures.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a service-led, high-performance environment.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and mentor sales teams.

Commercially savvy with strong contract negotiation skills and a deep understanding of client lifecycle management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field; MBA preferred.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
