Role Overview:
As an Associate Support Banker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), supporting Private Bankers with day-to-day account management, transaction processing, and compliance. You will be an integral part of the front office team, helping build long-term client relationships and ensuring efficient operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Relationship Management

Provide superior service to UHNW clients in collaboration with Private Bankers.

Maintain direct contact with clients to understand and anticipate their financial needs.

Assist in implementing account strategies and negotiate standard transactions.

Provide sales and administrative support for prospecting and client deepening activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage onboarding, account openings, and client transactions.

Liaise with product and service teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all activities are compliant with Citi’s internal policies and local regulatory requirements.

Assess and mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Streamline internal procedures to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience supporting Private Bankers or in a client-facing front office role.

Solid understanding of private banking products, services, and operational systems.

Strong experience in complex processing environments and transactional support.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Client-centric mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service.

Familiarity with Citi Private Bank systems is an advantage.
