This full-time, on-site role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills who are eager to develop a career in client service and project management.

As an Associate, you will be at the core of GLG’s value proposition—connecting clients with first-hand expertise from a network of over 1 million professionals. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of client projects, from scoping to expert matchmaking and delivery, helping top-tier firms in financial services, consulting, and corporates make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with clients to build and maintain high-value relationships.

• Manage the complete project cycle, including sourcing experts and delivering tailored insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members, managers, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and client retention.

• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GLG’s ethical and operational standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and receive mentorship to support rapid career progression.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).

• 0–3 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and holidays as per client needs.
