Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, curious, and client-focused Arabic-speaking Associates to join our Global PSF (Professional Services Firms) team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the main driver in connecting clients to the right experts, delivering business-critical insights in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (required)
🗣️ Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal & written)
💼 0–3 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or account management role
🧠 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
📞 Excellent interpersonal and phone-based communication skills
⚡ Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities under pressure
