Position Overview:

Amgen is seeking an Associate Regulatory Affairs professional based in Dubai to manage country-specific regulatory affairs for Amgen’s products. The ideal candidate will coordinate regulatory submissions, ensure compliance with both corporate and local regulations, and collaborate closely with regional and global teams under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and compliant regulatory submissions in line with Amgen’s global and local requirements.

• Review promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure regulatory adherence.

• Exchange regulatory intelligence with global and regional colleagues, providing local market insights.

• Support regulatory development, registration, and lifecycle management for Amgen’s molecules.

• Partner with International and Global Regulatory Leads to align regulatory strategies.

• Maintain consistency in processes and documentation across regions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory processes, SOPs, and policies.

• Understanding of Gulf region legislation and pharmaceutical regulations.

• Experience in drug development and regulatory submission processes.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to interpret and convey scientific and clinical information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Regulatory experience in the Gulf markets.

• Familiarity with regional legislation regarding medicinal products.

• Experience interacting directly with regulatory agencies in the Gulf region.
