INTO University Partnerships is hiring an Associate Recruitment Director to lead student recruitment efforts across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Based in either Dubai, UAE or Saudi Arabia, this full-time hybrid role involves international travel and team leadership responsibilities across multiple regions. INTO is a globally recognized education organization connecting students from around the world with top universities in the UK, US, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies to maximize student enrolments to INTO’s partner universities.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agents, educational institutions, and stakeholders across MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Turkey.

• Lead a team of 9 professionals located across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, Kuwait, Nigeria, and Kenya.

• Utilize market insights to formulate data-driven strategies and execute impactful recruitment initiatives.

• Achieve regional enrolment and revenue goals, manage budgets efficiently, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Ensure exceptional customer service to recruitment partners and act as a strategic communication link between regional offices and university partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in international student recruitment and business development.

• Strong understanding of the MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Turkish education markets.

• Demonstrated ability to manage regional teams and develop high-performing, multicultural teams.

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
