Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail, is seeking an Associate – People Partner to join its People & Culture department. In this role, you will manage key HR administrative functions and support the HR team in delivering a seamless employee experience across the organization. This contract position (6 months) will focus on HR tasks such as requisition launches, tracking people metrics, maintaining records, and supporting employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Reporting:

Manage requisitions and internal transfers, ensuring smooth HR processes.

Maintain and update organizational charts, payroll data, and cost centers.

Coordinate with Group HR Centers of Expertise on various HR tasks, including People Experience and Rewards.

People Strategy & Metrics:
-
Consolidate and track People Strategy metrics with the People Analytics team.

Assist in preparing ad-hoc HR reports for the People Partner or Director of People.

Employee Relations & Support:

Serve as an additional point of contact for minor employee relations matters, under the guidance of the People Partner.

Support the completion of goals, budgeting activities, and other priorities in alignment with Group HR.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience: 0-3 years; open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience.

Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel.
