Role Overview
Chalhoub Group is seeking an Associate People Partner to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and culture-driven initiatives across key business verticals. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and people processes while fostering a people-first, inclusive workplace culture.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence with employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Recruitment Support

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including PO creation, requisition launch, and follow-ups with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.

Draft, review, and maintain job descriptions aligned with organizational needs.

Manage internal movements such as transfers, promotions, and permanizations through HR systems (e.g., JIRA).

Track new hires, exits, and replacement roles to ensure accurate workforce reporting.
People Data & Governance

Maintain and update organizational charts on a monthly basis and during budget cycles.

Conduct regular audits of reporting lines and follow up on completion of key HR initiatives such as performance reviews, salary cycles, and engagement surveys.

Ensure accurate documentation and strict confidentiality of employee data at all times.
Onboarding, Engagement & Culture

Develop and manage onboarding toolkits to ensure a consistent and engaging new-joiner experience.

Support the planning and execution of quarterly townhalls, including presentation coordination and content collation.

Assist with internal communications such as newsletters, presentations, and employee updates.

Organize employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition events, and off-site programs.

Manage logistics for people-related events, including vendor coordination, venues, materials, and AV support.
Projects & Stakeholder Support

Support HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the VP of People and Senior People Partner.

Collaborate across People & Culture, Group Management, and Group Transform teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
