Mastercard is looking for an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Specialized Product Delivery team. This role will support portfolio growth, customer engagement, and credit card strategy execution. Responsibilities include designing and developing portfolio programs, managing regulatory changes, enhancing customer experience, and driving financial performance for credit card portfolios. The role involves working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management to deliver seamless client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio growth, ensuring balanced risk management across Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Service Delivery

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the credit card portfolio in line with business targets

• Manage customer engagement campaigns and balance building initiatives

• Support the design and construction of credit card installment plans and sales strategies

• Monitor customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize client engagement

• Collaborate with digital teams to optimize customer journeys and improve user experience

• Develop financial forecasts, manage P&L, and ensure targets are met

• Support regulatory changes and ensure seamless delivery with minimal disruption to client experience

• Identify improvement opportunities and help retain profitable customers through robust strategies

• Lead large programs and projects from initiation to benefit realization, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Mastercard’s intellectual capital

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or MBA preferred)

• At least 7 years of experience in cards product and portfolio management

• Hands-on experience in program management with a focus on payments industry

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in client relationship management

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a cross-functional, multicultural environment

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of project management tools and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

• Willingness to travel as required
