Associate – Lean Transformation

Chalhoub Group is seeking a driven Lean Transformation Associate to support operational efficiency and performance improvement initiatives across its portfolio of luxury brands and channels. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are curious about how large-scale retail operations work and are eager to build hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and transformation delivery.

Working closely with the Lean Specialist and Senior Manager, you will help identify inefficiencies, map end-to-end processes, and support the implementation of Lean initiatives across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Lean transformation and operational optimization projects across brands and group functions

• Contribute to end-to-end operational topics across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and retail

• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities

• Assist in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and identification of inefficiencies

• Participate in fieldwork (stores, warehouses, and operational sites) to observe processes and gather insights

• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and functional teams

• Support the delivery of efficiency, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives

• Act as part of an internal transformation team driving continuous improvement across the Group

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, data analysis, or consulting
  (Internships in retail, FMCG, consulting, logistics, or 3PL are a strong advantage)

• Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects will be considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint essential)

• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) – highly preferred

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand the business context behind numbers

• Genuine interest in process improvement, operational models, and efficiency frameworks

• Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn

• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented approach

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
