Our client, one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds (SWF), is based in Abu Dhabi and has an outstanding track record in global infrastructure investments. The Infrastructure Investment Team has a global remit and is seeking top-tier Associates to join their team. This role focuses on the origination, execution, and asset management of direct equity transactions.

The position is based in the UAE, with tax-free compensation for non-US citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Process Involvement: Participate in the full deal process, from origination through to execution.

• Coordination and Due Diligence: Work with external advisors and report on due diligence.

• Investment Evaluation: Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

• Portfolio Monitoring and Exits: Monitor existing investments and manage exits.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Infrastructure M&A Investment Banking: Experience in infrastructure mergers and acquisitions or investment banking is required.

• Academic Excellence: A top academic track record and strong financial modeling skills are essential.

• Location Commitment: Willingness to be based in the Middle East full-time.
