KPMG Lower Gulf is looking for an Associate Director to lead Account Management efforts, focusing on their largest accounts in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The role involves driving profitable revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and coordinating the execution of account strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of client-facing account management or business development experience, with a focus on Energy & Natural Resources sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead account management activities, including annual planning workshops, budget management, and regular reporting.

Collaborate with Client Lead Partners, Service Lines, Field of Play owners, and Alliances to drive business development activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and alliance partners to drive revenue growth.

Organize and participate in regular account meetings, tracking account activities via the CRM system.

Support sales opportunities by offering client insights, strategy, and developing value propositions.

Champion KPMG’s business development best practices and train others in the team.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in client-facing key account/business development management.

Sector experience in Energy & Natural Resources, with a strong understanding of consulting services.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships, and lead strategic business development initiatives.
