Job Overview

ICBC Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Associate Dealer / Dealer to join its Treasury team. The successful candidate will support FX, derivatives, and money market transactions, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and help maintain relationships with trading counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute money market transactions

• Conduct FX and derivatives deals in line with departmental instructions

• Record all transactions in the internal systems accurately and timely

• Maintain and develop relationships with counterparties

• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and market regulations

• Monitor counterparties and adhere to market risk limits

• Prepare reports related to dealing activities

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the department head

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized institution

• CFA or FRM certification is highly preferred

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a bank’s treasury or investment management firm

• Strong proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and Reuters

• Knowledge of fixed income instruments and plain vanilla derivatives

• Strong investment research and credit analysis skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
