KitchenPark, a fast-growing innovator in the food delivery infrastructure space, is seeking an Associate Counsel to join their legal team in Dubai. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on providing legal support for procurement, real estate acquisitions, and corporate legal affairs across the GCC region. The ideal candidate is a bilingual Arabic-English legal professional with 1–4 years of experience, either in-house or at a reputable law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement and real estate acquisition and lease agreements across the GCC.

• Advise on and mitigate legal risks in contracts, NDAs, POAs, and legal notices.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations across five GCC countries.

• Manage legal entity maintenance, including license renewals, filings, and KYC compliance.

• Draft corporate documentation for entity formation and governance.

• Oversee legal operations including contract execution workflows and document storage.

Job Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized institution.

• 1–4 years of legal experience (in-house or at a law firm).

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both.

• Strong legal research, negotiation, and contract drafting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Experience in GCC corporate and real estate law is highly preferred.
