Guidepoint, a leading research enablement platform, is looking for an Associate, Client Service to support its research-driven client engagements. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and vetting experts to help clients get strategic and investment-related insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for fulfilling client project requests.

• Conduct research using LinkedIn, press releases, and other sources to identify and recruit experts for client consultations.

• Screen and vet experts to ensure their suitability for client projects.

• Build professional profiles for experts and present them to clients.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Previous internship, volunteering, or extra-curricular experience preferred.

• Strong sourcing and lead generation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with professionals at all levels.

• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning new industries and disciplines.
