Associate, Client Service


Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform, helping clients turn answers into action through real-time data and expert insights. The company is seeking an Associate, Client Service to support client research, identify industry experts, and facilitate strategic consultations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for satisfying client project requests.
- Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and online research to identify experts.
- Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network.
- Screen experts to determine suitability for client projects.
- Maintain professional profiles for expert recommendations.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.
