Publicis Middle East is seeking an Associate Business Director – Growth to develop and lead strategies that drive growth across its business. This senior position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of quality leads, cultivating strategic relationships, and executing growth plans to meet or exceed revenue forecasts. The ideal candidate will have extensive business development experience, a track record in agency management, and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Grow the opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring value drivers are reflected in the client’s proposition.

Support in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to accelerate Publicis’ growth.

Lead and collaborate across various solution hubs and agencies within Publicis Groupe for integrated solutions.

Foster a culture of innovation and thought leadership to drive growth.

Build and mentor future talent, offering constructive feedback and career development opportunities.

Handle complex client issues and work to resolve conflicts internally and externally.

Inspire and motivate teams, demonstrating a positive and collaborative spirit.
Job Requirements:

9+ years of relevant experience, with a majority of the years in business development, program capture, and pitching.

Proven track record in operational and delivery excellence in agency projects and pitches.

Ability to influence and lead through a consultative process.

Strong leadership skills to engage, empower, and inspire teams.

Ability to work across organizational boundaries and collaborate effectively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
