Associate Business Director – Growth

Publicis Middle East is seeking an Associate Business Director – Growth to develop and lead strategies that drive growth across its business. This senior position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of quality leads, cultivating strategic relationships, and executing growth plans to meet or exceed revenue forecasts. The ideal candidate will have extensive business development experience, a track record in agency management, and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Grow the opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring value drivers are reflected in the client’s proposition.

  • Support in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to accelerate Publicis’ growth.

  • Lead and collaborate across various solution hubs and agencies within Publicis Groupe for integrated solutions.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and thought leadership to drive growth.

  • Build and mentor future talent, offering constructive feedback and career development opportunities.

  • Handle complex client issues and work to resolve conflicts internally and externally.

  • Inspire and motivate teams, demonstrating a positive and collaborative spirit.

Job Requirements:

  • 9+ years of relevant experience, with a majority of the years in business development, program capture, and pitching.

  • Proven track record in operational and delivery excellence in agency projects and pitches.

  • Ability to influence and lead through a consultative process.

  • Strong leadership skills to engage, empower, and inspire teams.

  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and collaborate effectively.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt performance and priorities based on feedback and new insights.
