ADAM Global is seeking an energetic and proactive Associate – Business Development / Member Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in business development and client relationship management, with a focus on expanding ADAM Global’s client base and fostering strong business relationships. As part of the team, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by assisting in various business development and client relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client needs promptly and professionally.

• Support the business development team in developing strategies to increase market share and client retention.

• Regularly use CRM tools to manage client information and track business opportunities.

• Assist with follow-ups and meetings, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the business development field.

• Freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• No specific qualifications required; however, prior exposure or experience in customer relationship management or business development will be a plus.
