TCW is looking for an Associate/AVP, Business Development Support to join their Sales and Marketing team in Dubai, responsible for Middle East distribution. The role involves managing client servicing, sales support, and marketing for Consultant, Institutional, and Wholesale channels across the MENA region. This individual will work closely with senior leaders, assist with business development, and provide exceptional client service, while ensuring smooth delivery of marketing and business resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Service: Deliver an exceptional level of service, including handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating customized reporting.

• Business Development: Support the business development efforts in the MENA region, including relationship management with existing clients and building connections with new clients.

• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on client interests and market trends to align resources and deliver tailored solutions.

• Internal Liaison: Work with TCW departments for accurate delivery of RFPs, RFIs, client queries, and reporting.

• Account Management: Oversee new client onboarding and resolve any operational issues as they arise.

• Partner Support: Provide service and support to TCW’s distribution partners in the Dubai office.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years in asset management, preferably in a client-facing or sales support role.

• Investment Knowledge: Understanding of equity, fixed income, and credit alternative investment products.

• Languages: Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Salesforce experience is a plus.
