Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a specific workstream within the client engagement

• Conduct research, analyze data, and facilitate workshops to develop actionable insights

• Communicate recommendations and results clearly to clients and internal teams

Skills Required:

• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent practical experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to manage time and tasks in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment

• Capable of creating high-quality deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel models, reports)

• Adaptability to varying client settings and travel requirements

• Strong sense of integrity, judgment, and resilience
