NETSHAKE, a leading Shopify Plus agency in the DACH region, is seeking a high-performing and driven Assistant to the CEO (w/m/d) to support its executive leadership in Dubai. If you are organized, ambitious, and want to make a real impact in a high-growth tech environment—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and act as the right hand to the CEO

Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and strategic initiatives

Contribute to company-wide organization and structure optimization

Support recruitment and hiring processes

Assist in content planning, marketing, and social media coordination
-
Track and analyze sales KPIs and report performance to leadership
-
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
-
Support team development and onboarding of new hires
Requirements:

Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
-
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and alignment with the CEO’s vision

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Commitment to flexibility, initiative, and going the extra mile

Fluency in German is required
-
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
