NETSHAKE, one of the leading Shopify Plus service providers in the German-speaking world, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO to join their Dubai office. This is a high-impact, full-time, on-site role supporting the CEO directly in operations, strategy, marketing, and administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO and leadership team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and coordinate internal/external communications.

• Oversee internal company processes, optimize workflows, and ensure documentation of changes.

• Handle recruitment coordination, manage applicant tracking, and help onboard new talent.

• Assist in marketing activities including content planning, social media management, and collaboration with partners.

• Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance data in Excel, and provide optimization suggestions.

• Ensure smooth team operations, monitor task flows, and help achieve organizational targets.

• Serve as the main contact for external partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

• Foster team spirit, be a role model for new employees, and maintain an open line of communication for all staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with a quick grasp of complex topics.

• Independent, precise, and structured working style.

• Business mindset with understanding of executive-level decision making.

• High resilience and motivation to go the extra mile, even outside regular working hours.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German language preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

• High level of responsibility and proactive mindset.
