Al-Futtaim Group, one of the most diversified and progressive privately-held regional businesses in the Middle East, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager for its Kiabi retail brand in Dubai. The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless store operations, maintaining high standards of merchandising, achieving sales growth and profitability, delivering excellent customer satisfaction, and leading the development and training of store staff. This role acts as the primary leader in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to drive engagement and productivity.

  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.

  • Drive store sales, manage profitability, and achieve financial targets.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Manage and optimize daily store operations and administrative processes.

Required Skills:

  • Proven managerial experience in retail with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

  • Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations at a supervisory level.

  • Strong analytical skills and effective time management.

  • Commitment to customer service excellence.

  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Proficiency in managing processes and reporting metrics.
