Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager for its Lululemon store in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site position where the selected candidate will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role is key to maintaining the brand image, developing the store team, and ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and uphold high standards of customer service and brand experience.

• Drive the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer engagement.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate to the Store Manager as needed.

• Take initiative in driving sales, meeting KPIs, and supporting business growth.

• Oversee the execution of sales promotions and brand activities.

• Ensure efficient and uninterrupted store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Enforce company policies and procedures to minimize stock loss and damages.

• Coordinate with the Excellence and Compliance team to manage regular stock counts.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required; additional retail certifications are a plus.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Team player with a customer-centric attitude.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
