As an Assistant Store Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations, staffing, product displays, and training programs while fostering a positive, inclusive environment that aligns with A&F’s brand values. Key Responsibilities:

🛍 Customer Experience & Sales Growth

• Drive exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

• Analyze sales performance and implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue.

📦 Operations & Store Management

• Oversee opening and closing routines, stockroom organization, and inventory management.

• Ensure smooth execution of OMNI-channel fulfillment processes.

• Maintain a visually appealing store through floor set updates and styling recommendations.

👥 Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and motivate store associates to enhance team performance.

• Manage scheduling, payroll, and employee engagement strategies.

• Provide ongoing coaching to promote professional growth.

🔐 Asset Protection & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention strategies.

• Monitor store security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Emirati national (UAE passport holder)
✔ Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities
✔ Passion for fashion, retail, and customer engagement
