Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant SPA Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate hospitality professional to oversee and manage the daily operations of our spa, recreation, and pool services. The role involves leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all spa, recreation, and pool operations ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.

  • Supervise team members, coordinate scheduling, and ensure adequate supplies and equipment.

  • Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of spa equipment.

  • Prepare reports, assist in financial planning, and contribute to achieving departmental financial goals.

  • Develop and implement operational procedures and improve existing systems.

  • Assist in annual business planning, marketing strategy, and team recruitment.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and customer feedback for continuous service enhancement.

  • Handle guest complaints effectively and implement improvements.

  • Promote a safe and professional work environment in line with company standards and local regulations.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Lead by example in customer interactions and service excellence.

  • Address guest concerns proactively and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Motivate the team to prioritize guest experiences in all operations.

Human Resources and Team Leadership:

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to spa staff.

  • Support onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Celebrate employee achievements and build a positive work environment.

  • Enforce company policies fairly and consistently.

  • Passion for customer service with a warm, professional demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations.

  • Experience in hospitality and wellness industry operations.

  • Familiarity with hotel software systems and IT tools.
