Role Summary:

The Assistant Spa Manager will support the Spa leadership in achieving team development, product and service enhancements, and financial goals. The role includes overseeing daily operations, managing membership experiences, supporting retail and wellness offerings, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coaching, training, and developing spa and fitness staff.

  • Contribute to spa menu updates, retail product enhancements, and new policy implementation.

  • Promote wellness offerings and lead upselling and incentive programs.

  • Actively drive spa membership sales and oversee member satisfaction.

  • Handle guest and member relations with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

  • Take ownership of service recovery and complaint resolution.

  • Support payroll, inventory, contract management, and administrative tasks.

  • Participate in daily briefings and staff training.

  • Maintain high hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury spa and fitness operations, with leadership experience.

  • Prior experience with spa membership operations is essential.

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

  • Passionate about service, team support, and delivering high-end guest experiences.

  • Hands-on leadership style and a commitment to excellence.
