RAK Ceramics is seeking a dynamic Assistant Showroom Manager to oversee the successful operation of its showroom in Dubai. This role involves ensuring an exceptional in-store experience, achieving sales targets, managing showroom operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will lead a team, strategize to increase customer traffic, and contribute to the growth of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the showroom, including product displays, floor layout, and ambiance.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic and optimize profitability.

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring store staff.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Manage store operational requirements, including scheduling, assigning employees, and following up on work results.

Comply with legal requirements to maintain store stability and reputation.

Identify customer needs and build relationships to understand their requirements.

Monitor product inventory and ensure products are well-displayed and available for customers.
