Job Title: Assistant Service Manager
Job Description:
Guildhall is partnering with a leading global electronics/home appliance company to hire an Assistant Service Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support after-sales service operations, ensure high-quality customer support, manage service teams, and improve service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, record complaints, and track resolutions.
- Manage service orders, coordinate service teams, and optimize workflows.
- Oversee service provider performance and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain spare parts inventory, schedule orders, and conduct regular stock checks.
- Analyze service data, generate reports, and support process improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist in key service projects.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or service management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Technical knowledge of electronics/home appliances is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed.
