Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager – Wholesale to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing wholesale business strategies, managing credit control, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute wholesale business strategies to expand market presence

Manage credit control and ensure timely payment collections

Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients

Coach, train, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets

Forecast market trends and sales opportunities

Plan and manage budgets effectively

Identify and onboard new wholesale customers

Work on LBE (Latest Best Estimate) reporting and sales forecasting
-
Prepare and present sales and accounts receivable (AR) reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG wholesale sales, specifically in the commodity sector within the Dubai market

Prior experience working with MNCs in wholesale distribution

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
