The role focuses on driving revenue growth through client relationship management, sales strategy execution, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to optimize hotel profitability

  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless client service

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Generate accurate sales reports and performance forecasts

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of proven hotel sales experience

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
