Kitopi, a leading cloud kitchen platform, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supervising staff, managing inventory and financials, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in maintaining a positive dining experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all front-of-house and/or back-of-house restaurant operations.

Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest issues.

Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high performance and morale.

Handle daily cash management, deposits, and financial reporting accurately.

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control food and beverage costs.

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Support scheduling, labor management, and conduct staff performance evaluations.

Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and events.

Assume Restaurant Manager responsibilities during absences.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
