Pullman Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for its award-winning Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about premium casual dining, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Couqley offers a lively ambiance, year-round al fresco seating, and interiors designed by Ana D’Castro, making it a favorite dining destination for both romantic evenings and casual gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and staff management

• Lead and motivate team members, creating a culture of empowerment and service excellence

• Coordinate with culinary leadership to ensure smooth front and back-of-house collaboration

• Implement guest booking strategies and sales-driving initiatives

• Address and resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally

• Organize training sessions, coaching, briefings, and performance reviews for staff

• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management within a busy hospitality setting

• Proven track record managing large, diverse teams in food & beverage environments

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Passion for hospitality and dedication to creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
