This full-time hybrid role supports Relationship Managers in servicing affluent clients by assisting in onboarding, transactions, portfolio administration, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers in managing Priority Banking client portfolios

• Execute client transactions and requests accurately and on time

• Assist with client onboarding and ensure compliance with regulations and policies

• Coordinate service resolutions and ensure high client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting

• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer leads to Relationship Managers

• Uphold compliance, risk management, and ethical standards in all client interactions

• Foster collaboration with internal teams for efficient service delivery
