Standard Chartered is hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager under its Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) Rehlaty proposition in Dubai. This full-time hybrid role supports Relationship Managers in servicing affluent clients by assisting in onboarding, transactions, portfolio administration, and client engagement. It’s an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about client service and banking operations to grow within a globally trusted bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Relationship Managers in managing Priority Banking client portfolios

  • Execute client transactions and requests accurately and on time

  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure compliance with regulations and policies

  • Coordinate service resolutions and ensure high client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer leads to Relationship Managers

  • Uphold compliance, risk management, and ethical standards in all client interactions

  • Foster collaboration with internal teams for efficient service delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of affluent client needs and service expectations

  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and support revenue growth

  • Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance frameworks

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate within teams
