Sasya Spaces is looking for a motivated and client-driven Assistant Real Estate Manager to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, commission-only role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, investment strategies, and client engagement. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze property values and emerging real estate trends to guide investment decisions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and reliable communication.

Negotiate deals and ensure a seamless transaction process.

Meet and exceed performance targets for commissions and incentives.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Strong client-handling skills and an understanding of Dubai’s property dynamics.
Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-only role with a starting flat commission of 55% of GCI (Gross Commission Income).
