Responsibilities:

Manage procurement and supply chain processes in the IT channel market.

Implement stock-and-sell strategies, ensuring adequate stock on demand.

Oversee stock aging processes and assess inventory health.
-
Analyze procurement data based on asset value and sales forecasts.
-
Achieve vendor targets to maximize rebates and negotiate with manufacturers for target allocations.
-
Conduct price negotiations and secure additional discounts.
-
Perform movement analysis for strategic procurement planning.
-
Support sales teams by providing allocated stock and spot discounts.
-
Work closely with sales teams to manage customer expectations on availability and delivery timelines.

Facilitate staff training programs on the latest supply chain management practices.

Proactively address supply chain risks and streamline production processes with cross-functional teams.

Direct daily operations to optimize output and reduce costs.
Skills & Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the IT channel market.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Focus, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in vendor negotiation and stock management strategies.
-
Multi-tasking capabilities and flexibility in working hours.

Proven experience in achieving procurement and vendor-related KPIs.
