Parsons Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex infrastructure and urban development projects in Dubai. The role involves assisting in project management activities, overseeing project deliverables, managing communications, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure projects and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

• Manage and control project communications for transparency and timely information flow.

• Coordinate and oversee project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and adherence to requirements.

• Implement and monitor project quality management processes.

• Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.

• Support stakeholder engagement, ensuring expectations are managed.

• Provide direction and support to project team members to promote collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering infrastructure projects.

• Strong working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and engineering software tools.

• Demonstrated potential to perform in a lead capacity, guiding and coordinating teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in infrastructure planning.

• Organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach.

• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental impact requirements in infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with digital tools like BIM.
