About the Role:
Valtrans is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in the execution of transportation systems projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of various projects, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors, and maintaining clear communication across all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

🔑 Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the development and implementation of detailed project plans and schedules.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and keep accurate documentation and reports.

• Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.

🔑 Budget Management & Procurement Support:

• Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices for project-related costs.

• Assist in procurement processes, such as obtaining quotes, managing material deliveries, and ensuring resources are available on time.

🔑 Quality Control & Site Inspections:

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and attend meetings to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

• Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines, cost, or quality.

🔑 Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date project records to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

🔑 Compliance & Regulations:

• Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all stages.

Requirements:

🔑 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.

• Experience in parking management is a plus but not essential.

🔑 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to coordinate and work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Salary:

• AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
