Antal International is seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager for a leading Glass Manufacturing company in Dubai, part of a major investment group. This full-time, on-site role focuses on production planning, scheduling, material control, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role requires candidates with prior experience in glass manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans based on machine capacity and material availability.

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure balanced workloads.

• Prepare and review daily and monthly production schedules and invoicing plans.

• Monitor and achieve production and invoicing targets.

• Manage inventory of finished goods and work-in-progress materials.

• Oversee material control and optimize use of off-cuts and spare materials.

• Track delivery status and update performance reports regularly.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or Operations Management.

• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in glass processing.

• Strong knowledge of glass processing and manufacturing operations.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Competencies in problem-solving, team motivation, results orientation, innovation, critical thinking, and project management.
