Mai Dubai™ Bottled Drinking Water is seeking an experienced Assistant Procurement Manager to lead and support the procurement function. The successful candidate will manage daily purchasing operations, contribute to strategic sourcing, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and maintain accurate documentation of all procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the purchasing department.

• Support the development and implementation of effective procurement strategies.

• Source, assess, and manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.

• Ensure vendor compliance with contracts and performance standards.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing data, and vendor information.

• Collaborate with operations, finance, and production teams to meet supply needs.

• Track procurement KPIs and analyze data to improve cost-efficiency.

• Conduct market research to evaluate pricing trends and supplier innovations.

• Assist in budget planning and oversee cost control measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics).

Experience

• 5–7 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in SAP 4Hana and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).

• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Familiarity with data analytics and procurement compliance best practices.
