We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Nurse to support clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting in Dubai. This role involves assisting medical professionals during patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient support.

You will work closely with doctors and dentists, preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and providing essential nursing support to enhance patient experience and clinical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and dentists during consultations and medical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Support patient care, including vital checks and basic nursing assistance
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and hygiene protocols
• Coordinate with the medical team to manage patient flow efficiently

Requirements

• DHA Eligibility or valid DHA License is mandatory
• Hindi speaking preferred
• Previous dental or clinical experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Salary

AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
