Delta Hotels by Marriott Kingston Waterfront, part of the globally renowned Marriott brand, is hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of related experience in marketing or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Marriott’s brand image internally and externally

• Use sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and customer loyalty

• Communicate with potential guests and schedule preview package tours

• Ensure guests meet eligibility for promotional packages and explain sales presentations

• Coordinate and manage guest complimentaries such as show tickets or reward points

• Perform general administrative support including email correspondence, document handling, and message logging

• Support training, coaching, and motivation of team members as needed

• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with Marriott’s operational policies

• Build strong guest relationships and respond professionally to their needs and feedback

• Collaborate effectively with team members and uphold service quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or marketing (hospitality preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong office administration and multitasking abilities

• Ability to handle light physical tasks (lifting up to 10 pounds)

• No supervisory experience required, but must demonstrate leadership potential
